12 - A panoramic ridge between Montoni and Rabbi

Bocconi – San Benedetto in Alpe – Bucine Pass – Valbura Pass – Bocconi
Not short (33.5 km) but with asphalted stretches that shorten the times enough, this route is characterized above all by the nice central stretch, along the track from Colla Bucine to Valbura, where you pedal pleasantly on a very panoramic ridge or with pieces shaded under the wooded Gemelli Mount. The ascent on a dirt road from San Benedetto winds among former pastures and clearings among the beech trees – the beautiful ones of Pian d’Astura – while the descent on Bocconi is asphalted.
