18 - A great ring in the Upper Bidente

Ridracoli – Casanova dell’Alpe – La Lama – San Paolo in Alpe – Biserno – Ridracoli Long itinerary, the longest ever of this collection (and with a difference in altitude of more than 1000 m, albeit “diluted” in two different climbs) but between places of enchanting beauty. Memorable above all La Lama and San Paolo in Alpe, a sort of grassy plateau catapulted onto a ridge facing the Forests. The route is very satisfying, in particular the stretch on the Cancellino-Lama track where you literally let yourself be lulled by a constant but very gentle descent (the slope is that of an ex-railway for logging, on which the track was then obtained ), which allows you not to stay too focused on the bike and instead enjoy the landscape: an uninterrupted flood of beeches, white firs, maples, elms, lindens …
