1 – Trek 22 – Falterona Mount and sacred places: springs and Idoli lake

Borbotto - Le Crocicchie - Arno springs- Idoli Lake- Falterona - Borbotto

A relatively short tour - starting from a certain altitude - in the "high lands" of the Park, with numerous reasons of environmental, archaeological and evocative interest: from the Fonte del Borbotto to Monte Falterona, one of the two highest peaks of the Park together with Monte Falco, passing through the springs of the Arno river, the Idoli lake and the Gorga nera, an important wetland of remarkable naturalistic interest.
