Casa Sant'Agostino
Casa Sant’Agostino is a house within the National Park from 5 km to Corniolo. It is rich in history and meaning for the local community,besides it was a church which has hosted over time the children of many associations in their experiences to discover nature. It is one of the few self-managed houses immersed in the greenery of the park to be connected with a road that can also be traveled by car, making it possible to fully experience our Apennines even to those who usually cannot.
The house is managed by Paolo Babini Onlus, a reality born in Forlì in 1987 that has been dealing with minors, families, the elderly and educational projects for over 30 years. He has been managing Casa Sant’Agostino since 2017 together with the Parish of Corniolo (which owns it). The educational and aggregative possibilities of this place are really many. With the collaboration and support of the local community, Casa Sant’Agostino cultivates its vocation to be a place of growth, education and care for children, young people, families, the disabled and the elderly.
The house has n. 25 beds, n. 1 equipped kitchen, n. 1 living room, n. 4 bathrooms, one of which for disabled people.
