10 - Panoramas towards Florence

Rincine – Calimara – Pallareta – Massicaia Mount – Castellette – Rincine
Panoramic route, almost all on a forest track. The difference in height is remarkable – almost 1000 meters, from 481 at the start to 1363 of the summit of Monte Massicaia, plus a few bumps later – but the ascent is, all things considered, quite gradual. The crest section takes place on a straight track, sometimes steep and very rough. Since there are no real springs or fountains along the entire route, it is advisable to start with a couple of full bottles.
